Between the Msi Wind U100+ & Lenovo S10, the differences are...

MSi Wind U100+:
-250gig HDD
-2gig ram (as sold by PC Corner)
-no bluetooth
-six cell battery (aftermarket 9 cell battery available)
-3 USB ports
-system eco-mode and overclock functions (but the function only adds 20 to 30 minutes to total battery time)
-LCD hinge rather feels flimsy
-overall look, rather ordinary (but modders have made it look like a Macbook Mini)

Lenovo S10:
-160 gig HDD
-1gig ram
-bluetooth
-six cell version available (but most are sold with 3-cell)
-2 USB ports
-LCD hinge feels solid and firm
-overall look, kinda classy.

In the end, if you value looks since basic function are exactly alike, the S10 is the choice but if you are planning to do some mods to the netbook later, the U100+ is good value for money plus it has a bigger HDD and more RAM without openning the case.

Talking about the case, the U100 chassis can be easily openned by removing the nine screws of it's bottom cover. This makes it extremely easy for nearly anyone to access and mod the internals of the U100.
