    if your router was provided by the service provider, then in all likelihood, they'll replace it for free if it becomes defective. ours was.
    the other time, the culprit was the lead-in connectors, which they also repaired for free.
    you have but to report it, sir.

    Why don’t you think that the problem may be and from the router by itself, maybe because it is old or it is having other issues. I had that kind of problem on my mac, but it got fixed as soon as I bought my router and configured it to let me everything I need, you can see more if you are interested in what I did, I mean not to block any apps, media or even sites.
