AFAIK, bawal nga iinstall ulit ung OEM na windows pag na-install mo na sa isang pc, tulad nung example na biglang masira ung pc tapos bili ka ng panibagong pc. bawala ata un. pero i might be wrong. hehehe

first of all, i find microsoft's rules to be self serving. if you would research the history of how the rules for non transferability of software licenses were setup, you would find that microsoft was trying to avoid people from reselling the software that came with their computers.
also, the bsa and sco (the outfit behind the linux suit) are microsoft fronts. take any of their actions with a grain of salt.
unlike the raids on dvds and cds which i support, i don't support the current raids on software as microsoft has made it very difficult for people to comply.

Bakit?....
OEM license for Office can only come pre-installed with a NEW pc and CANNOT be transfered.
I am currently observing the 2SM battery installed on my MU-X, Yuasa brand. Kaka 1 yr lang nito...
Cheaper brands than Motolite but reliable as well
