first of all, i find microsoft's rules to be self serving. if you would research the history of how the rules for non transferability of software licenses were setup, you would find that microsoft was trying to avoid people from reselling the software that came with their computers.
also, the bsa and sco (the outfit behind the linux suit) are microsoft fronts. take any of their actions with a grain of salt.
unlike the raids on dvds and cds which i support, i don't support the current raids on software as microsoft has made it very difficult for people to comply.

Eto nga pala prices na nakuha ko from a PC shop...all OEM
Win XP Home Edition - 5.2k
    Win 2000 PRO - 8.8K
    Win XP PRO - 8.8k
    Win XP PRO x64 - 8.9k
    Office XP SBE - 10.7k
    Office XP PROF - 17k
    Office 2003 basic - 10.1k
    Office 2003 Prof - 18.8k

    Eto pa isa:

You cannot install an OEM Office to your pc.

    Bakit?....

OEM license for Office can only come pre-installed with a NEW pc and CANNOT be transfered.
