Hahahaha. Natatawa lang ako sa sinulat ko 2 years ago. Now, on the verge of an A64 Venice with matching NForce3 Mobo it seems that my "..to three year" prediction was overly optimistic.

Langya... may Venice na pala... A64 Winchester yung sa akin.

According to some reviews, mas ok pang OC ang Venice.

Hayuf nga yung venice e. The 3000+ model can actually go to 2.8GHz actual.... imagine stock speed nya is 1.8GHz lang!

mga sirs what can you say about the sempron 64-bit? specifically the sempron 3000+ 64-bit (socket 754), balak ko po kasing mag-upgrade, existing proc ko is p4 2.0ghz (northwood, socket 478) t.i.a.

AFAIK, yung Sempron64 is akin to the Athlon64 Venice. Meaning OKS!

Kaya lang nga you need to know the black arts of overclocking to appreciate or rather, to unleash the power. (not to mention a high quality mobo and psu)

64-bit? Not much... since wala pa masyado nagsusuport dyan sa hardware na yan... Im refering to OS'es and lalo na for software applications. So even though u have it, existing Windows applications for example still runs in 32-bit.

Anyway, if your some kind of a hardware enthusiast... go for it... it's the future anyway and it wouldn't be that long for programs to catch up..

    Just my 2 cents.
