The darn thing really works as both heat radiators really heat up!
Not recommendedable for casings with bad airflow.

krscla, heatpipe cooler po yan

instead of having a fan, meron dalawang humongous heatsinks. Yung gold pipe na naka curve, contains a very volatile (but not flammable) liquid that evaporates pag mainit na yung GPU. it condenses on the other side of the video card and drips down to where its originally located to start the whole process all over.

..... astig no? hehehe

But the darn thing really works. nung una parang gimmick lang. if you touch the backside heatsink, talagang mainit.

Btw, medyo pinaglaruan ko yung BIOS settings tapos overclock ng konti. Napansin ko na locked ata yung multiplier kasi kahit na iset ko sa x11, ang sabi sa WCPUID x10.5 parin. Naisipan ko tuloy na subukang ibaba yung multiplier to x10 baka sakaling kapag ibinaba mo ay pwede kasi sabi dun sa nabasa kong guide, mas mababang mutiplier paired with a higher FSB ay mas ok.

Ang problem, after ko isave yung changes, ayaw ng magboot nung PC! Tumatakbo yung fans pero walang lumalabas sa screen kahit na BIOS man lang. Ask ko sana kung anong pwedeng gawin. Pero sa tingin ko, pwede na sigurong ireset lang yung motherboard para balik sa x10.5 yung multiplier. Alam mo kung paano ireset yung motherboard? Risky ba? Kung risky, may alam kang shop na nagrereset ng motherboard saka alam mo kung magkano?

i use a Zalman heatpipe VGA cooler on my ATI Radeon 9700Pro... very good for ocing...

prob is that i lost the use of 2 adjacent PCI slots below the card...

krscla, look for the cmos clear jumer in your manual. just set thejumper to reset for a couple of seconds and then youre done!

nope, but i already have a slot exhaust cooler below the vidcard as well as case exhaust fans in the area bet. the vidcard, processor and the psu...

adding that OP1 fan will lose me the use of another PCI slot which I can't afford to do...
