question...im connected thru dsl right now...question is...

meron bang way para hindi na ako magd dial pag on ng pc?

kasi diba cable internet ako dati..so pagbukas ko ng pc.online na agad...dsl kasi you have to dial pa....

gusto ko sana ung automatic na na pagbukas ng pc...connect narin sa internet...

Medyo bitin ang 128 MB... Mas ok siguro kung 98 SE nalang.

Kung USB modem naman, ok din kaya lang medyo hassle kasi may extra ka pang bitbit lalo na kung palagi kang lumalabas. :D

glenn, you have to identify the program which launches your dsl connection. once you do, just place a shortcut of it under the startup folder in the start menu and it gets called automaticallyh every time you start.

glennster,

dalawang klase yung DSL connections, always connected at yung magda-dial ka pa (PPPoE ata tawag dito). yung DSL ng PLDT kailangan i-dial, no way around that i think

i'm more of an intel fan so my upgrade will be a P4C and a Northwood/Prescott-compatible Canterwood (i875P) mobo with DDR433/466 memory... i'm just waiting for new i875P mobos with Prescott support to appear in our local market...

as for an analog usb controller, you can just buy a PS1/2 to PC USB adapter and use your PS1/2 gamepad with your PC for gaming... that's what i'm using to play NBA Live, FIFA and Madden... for racing games (CMR3, F1 Challenge, etc.), I use a Logitech FF wheel...
