    krscla,

    Athlons are officially rated at 85 C max operating temp, some models are rated up to 90 C.

    Pentium 4s are rated to similar levels if im not mistaken.

    as for ideal motherboard-reported operating temperatures, below 40 C is good, hanggang mga 50 C okay pa yan. note that Athlon motherboards (particularly older ones) usually under-report cpu temperatures.

    hehe. di naman mayabang, just want to share the fruits of my labor Right now, Homeworld 2. parang boring pero i like watching interstellar conflict. Jean Luc Picard wannabe ako e.

    Grabe! 85deg C!!!! pero for sure, di tatagal buhay ng Proc pag ganyan lagi ang takbo.

    Bakit ganun kataas...? Hindi pa ba nag-auauto shutdown yung PC...? Hehe, 65C kasi medyo alanganin na ako... :D

    krscla, nope mine runs at 43C at full load..... pretty cool for an overclocked barton. I was just reacting to mbt's previous post about the athlon's heat rating.

    miss wreck, hehehe, thats not even the most radical i've seen.
