I have Windows 7 on my netbook and an Intel Atom N330 dual-core cpu based desktop PC. I don't have that problem.
Maybe you should try using a 3rd party video player? I am using Media Player Classic.
You can try downloading the player package from CCCP Project (just google it) so you can update your video codecs as well.Last edited by ghosthunter; December 27th, 2009 at 12:26 AM.

Here's the screenshot. Parepareho lahat ng videos. Parang merong pixelated portion, or parang mga dots. HP sucks. Can't even download from their stupid FTP site, but I downloaded everything through Windows Update
