    Makes nice flashing lights too.

I won one at the office Christmas raffle before. Never noticed any differences on my Meralco bill except when they (Meralco) robbed me of another 6000 pesos in back charges when they said my meter was defective and running slow.

What's the principle behind this thigamajig?

The Principle behind this Power Saver is that you pay them Money and they promise your electric bills will be reduced.

    That's all.

I've dismantled a few of those. When disassembled, you'll see a Khaos Super Turbo Charger inside. Sometimes you get an updated version that uses a white elephant instead of the Khaos.

Regardless, they work the same way.
