i saw once before when the humvee was first brought here in a military headquarters tow a stuck in the mud reo 6x6 like it was nothing!

in mindanao they use surplus fuso 6d14/15 engines for their humvees, since it is difficult to source engine parts. talk about filipinos! the designers spent thousands of man hours to designthe engine set-up and all it took was months for the filipino to make it better!

last joint exercises in clark, there were lots of humvees. a filipino soldier told us us that some humvees in the AFP had their engine replaced already same with that of the nissan patrol.

the humvees of the G.I.s are V8 diesel, automatic clutch. may picture pa nga ako along side with my J24a.
