well, it depends on what "off-road" means to you.

it may vary from a simple dirt trail, muddy fields, river crossing, etc...

the defender, hummer, g-wagen, etc has its own segment.

the pajero, patrol, vitara, etc has its own.

the x5, m-class, cayenne, touraeg, etc has itsn own. and this is where the lambo would most likely be classified. (to note, in the last paris-dakar rally a couple of X5 finished in the top 10 position: #4 & #8).
