Any Pajero does well offroad. Even the Gen3. It makes up for its lack of axles by giving gianormous wheel travel. And, it is excellent on dirt tracks and of course well improved on road.

.... oh and since im not allowed to edit the previous post, i'll just add that the rear suspension of the Gen3 is based on the Pajero Evolution.

The LC120 (as well as its cousin, the 4Runner) still has a live rear axle. Something I wish Mitsubishi kept if only for the virtue of simplicity and virtual indestructibility.

June 30th, 2003 11:47 PM #9i used to be a pajero driver. i must say, otrail, lagi ako stuck. pero hi speed dirt track, napalipad ko na pajero ko. ganda landing. gen 1 pa yun. imagine how high you can fly with a gen III. hahaha. as for my safari hybrid, aka hammer, napalipad ko na din.
feeling ko mamamatay ako. as for a stock safari, same feeling.
btw, isa pang maganda maglanding MB100 basta may 4 na tao sa last row.
yes lahat ng auto na dumaan sakin pinapalipad ko. except for my mom's galant. papatayin ako nun
