Good late race push from Webber and Raikkonen! Too bad only one of them managed to overtake.

Tires are again the name of the game. Alonso was too harsh to his soft tire and wasn't able to outrun Webber enough.

Alonso did two perfect stints on tires... the last stint was disastrous because Webber managed to push him hard enough defending the gap to make him use up his tires.
And yet Alonso was only three seconds behind at the end. There are theories that Ferrari could have fared better if they'd brought Alonso in sooner to keep the gap wider (and allow Alonso to run to a slower set time on the last stint), but them's the breaks. I actually thought they'd timed it perfectly, but apparently, they left Alonso too little margin and he had to push too hard.

Again, Red Bull and Lotus are showing themselves to be much better at preserving tires in late-race conditions than Ferarri, McLaren or Mercedes... thanks to the more progressive powerband of the Renault engine... too bad for Lotus they don't have the same early race pace as Red Bull, or the same qualifying ability in their cars. Only a matter of time before Kimi wins... he's one of the dark horses in the Driver's Championship race...
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
