I'd say that Ferrari is still in contention for the constructor's championship....
However, I cannot claim the same for the driver's championship. It looks like it will be either LH or FA,- as there are only 5 points separating them. FM/KR are distant 3rd/4th placers,- 10/11 points further down(vs. FA) with only 5 races to go. Still mathematically possible, but IMHO, a remote possibility.....

It only requires one or two botched races from LH and FA. Not a very big possibility (given that they're such consistent drivers), but it's there. (witness LH's first non-podium since... like... the beginning? )

September 1st, 2007 07:20 PM #14Well there was the other time in the European GP (Nurburgring) were he got relegated to the back because of a suspension failure during qualifying. ( Again tire problems with the tire improperly fastened during the pit stop).
Ahhh but youre right. Who am I kidding? that guy Hamilton is like a metronome, you could tell the time with his consistency.
