Iba itong ECQ, this was more planned and slow to develop. Choppers and planes could have air dropped relief goods but with an airforce full of air but limited air assets the govt then could only do as much as they can

When Americans equipped with osprey aircrafts came, they helped expedite delivery of much needed relief goods

China donated naman, $15M in total daw. Daw kasi actual money was initially $100K only hehe

Meanwhile Uk $112M, US $91M plus logistics and manpower, Canada is third. Understandable ba na magtampo kasi hindi pabor si PNoy sa WPS actions ng China? Talak about being petty and without empathy na bukang bibig noon sa kanya. How ironic.
