yan ang isang pinagtataka ko.. no wonder the political institutions are weak.. a lot of people put so much weight in the voting of the president, and expect the president to do everything.. lahat ng issue kailangan pakialaman ng president... although may mga tao naman sa lower levels of government... para saan pa sila whether they are elected or appointed kung hindi rin sila ang kikilos...
