Not only it is mathematically improbable that the entire elections were rigged. It is also a logistically impossible to execute. Such cheating will require every BEI in every precinct to cooperate. Mind you there are only 1000++ voters registered per precinct. The PCOS machines are configured that they are uniquely identifiable in the COMELEC servers. Hence a PCOS machine transmission may only be counted once. To manipulate it, the server software polling the transmissions must also be rigged(in order to receive votes from multiple rigged PCOS machines several times).

To cheat 5 million votes is highly impossible without noticing. To do that, the cheaters must also block the transmission of valid PCOS machines. Not only that, they must also know where these votes are coming from para di mahalata. Blocking votes and replacing them with rigged ones is tantamount that EACH CF card has a mirror rigged CF card containing the Unique Precinct ID where the votes are coming from. Again another problem for the cheaters. This means the cheaters must in 48 hours block and replace PCOS Machine transmissions all at the same time. All 76,000 of them.

I hope the COMELEC keeps their server logs as these are important in proving that the elections were in fact clean. PPCRV itself stated that only about 17000 votes were the margin of error. Not enough to affect any national elective position. The margin of error is 0.007%

In conclusion the whistle blower is just here to cast doubt on the automated elections so that people will always question the legitimacy of those elected. It is nothing more than heartsay unless physical evidence is shown.

Napansin nyo ba biglang lumaki ung quorum sa House? Losing candidates suddenly spring like mushrooms from nowhere because they're itching to protest na nadaya sila.

The funny thing is, the results of the election completely matched trending shown by various surveys conducted by separate groups before the election. Even the defection of voters from Villar to Estrada was foreshadowed by the last survey to be held.

Cheating on that scale would be nigh impossible... and the idea that Gibo would win or even show, despite poor showings in the surveys and the complete lack of support from PGMA? A feverish fantasy. The election was always going to be a Villar / Noynoy affair... and the accusations would have made more sense if they claimed that the votes were shaved off of Villar's votes in favor of Noynoy or Erap.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
