The first frames in our imaginative slide show probably depict mayhem on a massive scale: Widespread violence, deviant ***ualities, ****ography in every vending machine, churches closed down and worshipers dragged off to City Hall. Over a half-century ago, Donald Grey Barnhouse, pastor of Philadelphia’s Tenth Presbyterian Church, gave his CBS radio audience a different picture of what it would look like if Satan took control of a town in America. He said that all of the bars and pool halls would be closed, ****ography banished, pristine streets and sidewalks would be occupied by tidy pedestrians who smiled at each other. There would be no swearing. The kids would answer “Yes, sir,” “No, ma’am,” and the churches would be full on Sunday … where Christ is not preached."
This may be so... that is if there is still such a thing as a human race. Notice how the satanic ult behaves? Charles Manson, the Jesuit priest who started the satanist church the cult that was killed at Waco, Texas, incest producing freaks and weirdos more than super geniuses who mostly cannot adapt to their social surroundings and mostly are mentally off balance...

What more of the self-annihilating nature of our concupiscence? Compare with the lives of the devoutly religious Christians.

Look at the preserved body of St. Bernadette even after a century, her blood remained liquid.

Check out the supernatural occurrences of the icons of our Lady of Guadalupe, Our Lady of Las Lajas in Coumbia the Sacred Host that turned to flesh and scientifically studied was that of heart tissue.

See the joy of the true believers and the despair of the nonbelievers of Christ salvation, who seem to be living in oblivion and mostly with violence surrounding their existence.

Compare and perhaps choose what you would like.

I think it would be better if God and Satan will not be preached. All suicide bombings, religious killings would stop immediately..

Greatly doubt this man's concupiscence would triggrethe conflicts, as aggression is a natural animal nature of predators and territorial imperatives are also factors that will create the scenario for a world without the positive inputs of behavior from religious instruction specially those of the love for fellowmen taught and empowered by our Lord Jesus Christ.

Agreed on this part. Man will be man. We will have war, hate and killing, as long as people believe that some abstraction... any abstraction, such as tribe, village, ideology or race... actually has more worth than other people's lives.

It all goes down to our tribal roots. If you don't believe in the same thing, or look or smell the same way as someone else, you're in another tribe... and a competitor and rival that needs elimination.

For all the evils brought about by religion... there is also good... what matters is that religion adapts with the times and embraces a more modern ethical system (gender equality is still a sore point in most religions)... otherwise it loses relevance and ceases to make a difference in the world.

That's religion, though... organized religion... that's another thing... but it's down to what each religious organization's goals, are.

Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

This is the direct answer from the Bible:

"Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man." - Ecclesiastes 12:13

Base on that, the purpose of life is to worship God by following his commandments. Therefore, more than believing, you need to have deep respect and devotion to God in order to follow him. That what will make the real difference.

"In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead." - James 2:17

So don't be surprised if there are people saying they believe in God but contradicted by their action.

So to answer your question, if you have true faith in God your life will be meaningful. Without believing in God, you can be rich and gain relative happiness just like the rich man in Jesus' parable in Luke 12: 16 - 21:

He spoke a parable to them, saying, "The ground of a certain rich man brought forth abundantly. He reasoned within himself, saying, ‘What will I do, because I don’t have room to store my crops?’ He said, ‘This is what I will do. I will pull down my barns, and build bigger ones, and there I will store all my grain and my goods. I will tell my soul, "Soul, you have many goods laid up for many years. Take your ease, eat, drink, be merry."‘ "But God said to him, ‘You foolish one, tonight your soul is required of you. The things which you have prepared—whose will they be?’ So is he who lays up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God."

But you'll not receive God's favor and blessing of everlasting life on paradise earth promised by Him where there'll no more death, sickness, war and all sorts of problem.

What if religion were not to be "taught" in school? And only when a child is able to percieve right and wrong, will they be allowed by choice to choose his/her path, whether with or without religion...
