Catholic Pinoys eating Garbage. So what values do these people have?

Corruption, murders, lewdness, chaos, and destruction? I think the Christian Filipinos have completed the checklist.

Lack of discipline .... maybe it comes from the belief that can be summarized into a single phrase...

    "bahala ang Diyos"

well, only if you take the bible literally. I would prefer to refer to Noah's flood as the flood mythology which also appears in the pagan religious beliefs of other tribes in the area at the same time. It could have been an oral tradition passed down between generations about an actual devastating flood of the region.

faith answers the how ... if you want to be religious.

and like I said, science has matured enough to answer the "how" questions that used to be left to the "faithful" in earlier times.

most pinoys believe in God right? look around. well?
You are right. Most Pinoys believe in God. But lets go a little further from believing. A true believer is someone who will not offend the object of his / her beliefs. Unfortunately, most Pinoys who say they believe in a God unfortunately do not live out the same values of his/ her God. So there lies the difference. Believing is one thing, doing what the God teaches is another. There is clearly a disconnect.

syempre (using your word) "consistent". coz you wouldnt be around today if you inherited "inconsistent" mutations

yes homo sapiens is still homo sapiens. coz homo sapiens won. where are the non-homo sapiens? they're extinct. they couldnt adapt to the changing earth. where are Homo habilis? where are Homo erectus? where are homo neanderthalensis? they're gone. they're the non-human humans you're looking for
Assuming that these other homo species indeed existed, and using the same "survival of the fittest position" that you're taking, weren't these creatures "designed" to be adaptors of their time much like us humans designed an SUV for off-road and a supercar for street use? Is it really random selection, or is it more like planned variation so that the species will be guaranteed to survive?

As a side note, I grew up, was raised, and educated in secular schools all of my life, and am not as "indoctrinated" as you might think. I'm as open-minded as you might infer. More than anything, I want to know that this discourse leads us to the truth.

What Will Be The Difference In Our Lives If We Dont Believe In God?
