What makes you pray? Good times or during Trials?

good times, im thankful. bad times, i do not ask for help, but i ask for guidance.

i pray for my friends, my family
i pray for the world...world peace, how will i live if the world will be in chaos
i pray and thank God for the blessing i am recieving
i pray what i want to have only for the greater good

I start my morning with "Good morning Lord".

Then i thank for the day, guidance, deliverance from evil and enlightenment of my enemies, the food I'm about to take, the great feeling of taking a shower.. the beauty of sunlight and the great feeling of sunshine on my skin for having a car, for being in a position where i can help other people...etc.

In short, I pray in gratefulness for the blessings and help for the challenges He gives me which He knows i can overcome.

Then before i sleep, i say good night and that I entrust Him my spirit as i rest and look forward for the following day which will be, sure as the sun's rising, filled with His grace and glory.


It's a habit I got over time.
