but upon sitting, we are guaranteed that a "I shall wake early in the morning bill" and a "I shall drink coffee in the morning bill" will be mandated right?
Damn, son! Where'd you find this?

Fast track rehabilitation of train lines.

Ang logic kasi nila, delivery vans & trailer trucks from the north & south should not pass by the major thoroughfares like EDSA. By encouraging commerce & delivery using trains, there will be a shift in moving goods & products.

    Sounds good to me.

Unlike Abnoy, wala syang solusyon jan.... Ay meron pala... Flyover... 80s na 80s.... gayahin ang ginawa ng nanay nya... hahahahahahahaha

actually, gordon introduced Senate Bill No. 1410 on July 31, 2007 entitled
AN ACT CONSOLIDATING THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL RAILWAYS AND THE LIGHT RAIL TRANSIT AUTHORITY INTO THE NATIONAL RAILWAY AUTHORITY TO INTEGRATE AND REVITALIZE RAILWAY TRANSPORTATION IN THE PHILIPPINES, AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS THEREFOR TO BUILD AN ADEQUATE AND EFFICIENT NATIONAL RAILWAY TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
    which addresses that problem
