Gustuhin man natin palitan ang mga corrupt officials, hindi ganun kadali.
Kung alam natin kung saan napupunta ang pera, madali tayo makakaalma kung may problema.

i believe accountability and dire consequences will deter corruption. those together with transparency are the only vehicles w/c will instill the fear of committing a crime both in the government and in the private sectors.
sabi nga sa isang thread, everybody can get away w/ a lot of things here in the country. take out that gung-ho attitude out of the picture and things may be quite different from the prevailing status quo

I'm straight... hindi nila ako kayang LAGYAN... KAHIT SINO AT GAANO PA KALAKI YAN...
18 years na ako sa govt. service.....
wala talagang asenso sa gobyerno... unless nalang siguro kung magnanakaw ka o tatangap ng lagay...
kaya ngayon... slowly but surely... habang nasa govt. service ako..
we are establishing our own business...
baka after a few years... pag stable na... pwede na ako mag retire dito....
