I agree. Halos lahat ng politicians natin, palipat-lipat ng partido because we don't have such a thing as a party ideology, unlike in other countries. Sabi nga ni Enrile noon, "In politics, there are no permanent friends, no permanent enemies, only permanent interests", which he quoted from somewhere else.

Heck, I used to think that the only ones whow were consistent w/ ideology were the commies. But w/ Satur & his ilk signing up w/ the NP and Bongbong Marcos, talagang parang karnabal ang pulitika sa ating bansa.

    So?

That was a long time ago... back when they (and we) all thought that Gloria was "all that". When the "Hello garci" scandal came around, Drilon was one of those who called for her resignation, and left the party because he couldn't stomach what they had done.

Who would you rather vote for... someone who is loyal to the bitter end to the corrupt? Or someone who will only support those whom he sees as good for the country?

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

I believe this was the video:

    Part 3

"The main Actors si Mar Roxas and Frank Drilon"
    http://www.youtube.com/results?searc...l+Lambino&aq=f

The Rest of Videos including Raul Lambino vs Frank Drilon Debate.

Imo, hindi sila back stabbers. more of like a leech initialy planned keeping the prey alive 6 years longer.

Politicians changing their minds, withdrawing support, taking a new stand is nothing new. It happens even in the US. Many Democrats supported Bush and the Republicans when they voted to invade Iraq, then later those Dems expressed regrets and rationalized their decision. Obama was able to use this against Hillary during the primaries.

So local politicians who once supported GMA can't be faulted for decisions that seemed proper at that time. Pinagsisihan rin nila yung desisyon kaya kinokontra na rin nila si Pandak ngayon.

What is deplorable are politicos who jump from one party to another not for ideology or conviction, but for personal interest and convenience.
