The National Telecommunications Commission says telecommunications companies have 30 days to comply with the order

I've just shared an article from the Rappler Website: Telcos ordered P7.04B-refund for overcharged SMS rates

    Good news ito!

The question is how will they refund it?

    Free texts for subscribers?

Lets say ikaw yun tipo na papalit palit ng number? So hindi mo ma-enjoy yung refund?

Dear NTC.. Thanks sa refund pero from 2011 up to now? Ilan beses na nag palit ng sim, useless din. Bakaw-tactics talaga ng mga telcos.

P.S. Please prioritize our DSL / LTE connections. Over priced na nga, ang bagal bagal pa.

    kaso, ntc rin nagsabi.....
pwede raw mag appeal mga telcos sa court of appeals or sa sc.

pag in-order, dapat final na. wala nang appeal-appeal pa.

Wishful thinking yan bro. Para kasing kendi lang dito ang pagbili ng sim card.

^ here in AU bago ka makakuha ng sim prepaid or postpaid you need to provide a valid ID..mostlikely a drivers license or a passport....yung number ko 10yrs old na and never had a problem..yan mahirap sa PH sa pagkuha ng sim..nagagamit tuloy sa hindi magandang paraan..

sobrang gahaman lang talaga mga provider sa ph...free dapat txt and call pag same ang provider

With the substantial amount ordered to be refunded this will drag on with the court of appeals considering that NTC is a quasi judicial body
