Kung gusto mo magtipid, give the dogs sleeping tabs first, let them sleep, then gas them.

    Painless and cheap.

Mag bigay ng budget ang PAWS! Masyadong nagmamarunong.

I just adopted a dog from PAWS. If you ever visit their rehab center in QC, you'll be surprised how dedicated these people are. I'm a pet lover and no ifs and buts about it, this is inhuman.

Having said that, there are a lot of strays in the city and its getting hard to control them. It should be a two prong attack on reducing their numbers, one is best that they should be spayed or neutered to control their population. And the other is reducing their count by euthanasia.

Instead of complaining, it is better to suggest alternatives. When they kill horses, they shoot them in the brains. Why not shoot the dogs also? How much is the cost of the bullet?

How about chemicals used by spies to kill themselves? or just like the Jonestown massacre? Kool-aid laced with Cyanide?

What is hard to understand about limited budget?

They suggested Phenobarb but it will increase the cost from 50 to 150 pesos per dog. Dapat mangalap na ang PAWS ng funds to donate to the government agency tasks to eliminate stray dogs. So each and every dog can die in their standards of "humane" way.
The spokesperson of PAWS interviewed said it's "cheap". If it's so cheap, why not the people behind PAWS provide the suggested Phenobarb drug?
