    hindi naman totally free yung proposal. free only if you buy a certain amount from the establishment, else you have to pay. which is fair to me, as a consumer. of course kung ako may ari ng parking lot or mall eh hindi fair yan, basta magpark ka eh bayad ka maskina 100,000 pa ginastos mo sa mall ko sorry.
