    When you see the road changed its color and you see small patches of asphalt, what comes into your mind? Potholes? Well.... maybe, maybe not. Why do we always have potholes in our roads? Is it the driver's fault or the contractor? Well, who ever it is, now is not the time to blame each other. Let's do our part. No matter how good or bad the contractor did his job, they are liable for that. What we dont see is our responsibility as drivers. Let's not litter. These piece of plastic blocks our drainage and will eventually cause flooding in our streets....and there comes the potholes!!!!! If we follow rules in Subic, Puerto Princesa and Davao, why can't we do it here in Manila? So fellow drivers, its cheap to have small bin bags in your cars. Help maintain our roads safe and clean. Mabuhay Philippines!!!!
