40K for a hectare of land. The day after nila makuha land titles, sigurado, for sale agad yan. Daming bibili dyan even for 400K/ha.
Pero allowed bang ibenta sa iba yung lupa?Signature

hindi 1 hectare. 0.7 lang.
dapat bawal i-benta for at least 10 years.
kaso ang gagawin dyan ay ibebenta ang "rights".

AFAIK, there's some limitations. But of course, you'll expect creativity to get around that right? Before we know it, nakasangla na lahat ng rights sa mga properties sa isang bumbay.
Unahan tayo, palakihan ng sariling hacienda. Pero baka unahan tayo ni Boybi, home court advantage. :D
Don't get me wrong though. I do believe the land belongs to the farmers but looking at how it may turn out, will it really be for long term benefit of the beneficiaries and to sugar production? I am not out there in the field so i may not know the real deal but those are the things that make one think.Last edited by vinj; April 26th, 2012 at 09:37 AM.
