Hell, if you don't contribute taxes to run the government, you shouldn't have a vote. A vote is not a right, it is a privilege, a privilege bought by blood, sweat and tears.
Most people have never worked for the vote, either in terms of contributing via taxes or taking the time to learn what there is to learn about the government and candidates. Which is why we had Erap as President and almost had FPJ.
