    its more like... so that the public would generalized the fault to all the president after marcos, not just one specific president...

    but admit it after marcos except aquino, the 3 other hoarded a lot of pinoys money...

    in rank, ramos, gloria, erap, then least comprising of about 1% is aquino to which i think is negligible...
