    like investing in an asset you can rent out will earn more than stocks or bonds

    Right. So un point ko talaga is having the right leadership will bring more FDIs in PH and will translate to more dollars and eventually lower inflation. But Im sure you know that already.

    As a result of merger, only 22 DBP branches to be retained;

    Landbank to have branch in all LGUs;
