"i refuse put in print any information that can and will be used against me."
    heh heh.

personally, i disagree with the class and figures brackets.
i find the figures "too low" for reality.

perhaps if they instead qualify with examples, what folks in each bracket are capable of doing in life...

PIDS income classes are defined as multiples beyond the poverty line. If poverty line is 11k/month, rich is 10x of poverty line.

I agree that 11k/month as a poverty threshold is already too low, yet so many Filipinos are still below that (approx 20%).

Household average size is 5. Typical household expenses would be: 3k for rent in the slums, 2k for utilities and load, 1.5k for commuting, 1k for allowances for studying kids, 4.5k for food (approx 30 pesos per day per head).

Nope. Household average is 5 people.

So it's more of the other way around - if you earn 50k a month as a bachelor you're officially middle class but since you're only spending for yourself then you have far more disposable income than a family head.

But also, households are defined as separate family units. Just like in SAP distribution - even if you're just living alone (no partner, no kids) then you are still officially part of your parents' household.

    After tax. Net takehome income.

A corporate guy earning 50k a month subject to 25% tax has the same takehome as a business owner who doesn't declare tax and has a net income of 37.5k/month.

Yeah the 1% of them, like in any industry.

Even YouTube Stars With 1.4 Million Monthly Viewers Earn Less Than $17, a Year, Research Shows | Inc.com

Even at 1.4M+ views per month (top 3% of all YouTubers), earning is only 70k/month.

Super daming aspiring YouTuber na hindi yumayaman or kumikita man lang.
