half a rental fee is better than no rental fee.

    -

mall owner borrowed money to put up a mall

income from rent goes to paying the loan

renegotiate --> lower rental income --> mall needs to cut costs to meet debt obligations

if you're on the receiving end of malls' cost cutting you lose income too
This is where the saying “bite the bullet” comes in.

But still that's not something a 70+ yr old should experience, she's too old to have to adjust to a new lifestyle, she is widowed with all her children living abroad. I think downgrading one's lifestyle is a tragedy,no matter the income class.

I do hope Filipinos will be able to bounce back kaagad from this nightmare pandemic

Hirap naman tubuan nyan unless fire sale ang presyo, ang laki ng transaction taxes when you buy and sell, factor mo pa cost of money mo while waiting for market to recover.

if it's a famous person's circumstantial nickname, i do not recognize it.
perhaps it is a generic person whose fortunes have dictated his "moving out"...?
