    they're the ones who point out the negative effect of the lockdown on the economy

    perhaps the exchange rate was more peso-favorable during marcos?
    ...adjust for inflation?
    also, sa dami ng pilipino today, mas maraming pinapagkakagastusan ngayon?
    then, there's build build build. is it right to assume that the build funds are borrowed from loans?
