i have suggestion uls, why not sell everything as in everything tapos enjoy ka muna 1 year wag magtarbaho. kaya mo? i care for you too. di ba dati lagi tayo usap business, binenta ko na lahat yun parang nag-semi retirement ako as in lahat kahit used chairs, tables, used cabinet. tapos nag-cash out ako.
