    BOTH oil companies and producing countries jack up prices by causing artificial shortages.

    OPEC's cutting production like there's no tomorrow these days as oil falls to rock bottom prices.

    Everybody's culpable.

    let's also create an impression of less demand...conserve. car pool. the government has to increase the efficiency of public transport...esp. mrt. making every place accessible via mrt. (haven't read the TS though, hehehe)
