There should be a KRA/KPA/KPI rating for these guys.

Also, i'd believe the "we need the time to be with our constituents that's why we're absent" excuse is pretty lame. They were voted in to legislate and if they cannot manage their time wisely then they shouldn't be there.

They already have, every government employee nagpapasa niyan. Ang tanong who evaluates them religiously? kaya wala din.

Dapat meron meron minimum attendance before they can access their pork barrel allocations... like 90% attendance or better.
