compromise nalang. free na ang parking basta may purchases sa mall with a stated minimum amount. pag wala, bayad ka. iwas abuso sa car owners. ang problema kasi, since alam ng malls na sila ang may upper hand, abuso naman sa pagsingil.

sa shopwise cubao, free parking if your receipt is at least 300 petot. . .i think that's fair, maningil sila sa mga hindi customer

while i think that the present parking rates of charging by the hour by a lot of mall operators maybe exorbitant, i'm also not in favor of free parking like the one proposed. . .aabusuhin yan--mga jologs na pilipino pa

ang matindi e mga ospital (st. luke's, medical city) dapat libre ang parking pag me pasyente ka or nagpaconsult, if the car owner can show evidence

SM is a clear example of a good parking business. P45. kumikita at hindi garapal.

kumikita kasi nakapag-install pa sila ngaun ng sensors

hindi garapal kasi hindi naman dapat i-metro ang parking stay

P45 tama lang to maintain and guard

    the parking space

pag tinaas nila, sigurado baba ang numbers ng mag-park hence lower profits

I think that is the biggest misconception on paid parking.

Foremost, we are paying for the space. Unless indicated, the payment does not include security which unfortunately is the usual case.

    We are in free country.
Let the market forces do its job.
It's just a question of how much consumers are willing to pay these parking space. Parking is not a social service which should be prioritized by the congress.

On the other hand, if the government can just improve the public transportation, we probably don't need to bring our cars to the malls. I know this is just wishful thinking hahaha.
