    got it! thanks! i'm one of those who rarely understand these abbreviations. yung LOL nga dati akala ko minumura ako kasi kala ko short cut sa uLOL hehe.

    para mabalik, ang UP naman maraming paraang para makatulong sa mga estudyante. may stfap (bracket 1-9 pa nung andun ako), kung di maka-apply sa stfap, maraming third party organizations na nag-ooffer ng scholarship. meron sa mga local governments. meron rin yung sa dost kung science related course.
    kung walang scholarship, pwedeng mag student assistant and/or registration assisstant. maraming gumagawa nito sa up.
