    ^I was asking some Marikina peeps and they said it seems BF has no intent at going back to the LGU level anymore.

    My Aunt recently went to check a lot belonging to our family in one of the subdivisions. Lo and behold, there was a motorhome and several high end cars parked on it. It belonged to a neighbor who had more cars than manners. The association thought they had permission to use the lot.
