    I recalled a military commander (colonel I think) interviewed by media and he stated something like "why have a ceasefire? people responsible for the bombings should be caught at all cost. they are using religion as an excuse but what they did was exactly against the religion"

    yep. islam prohibits killing without a cause or reason. civilians died there unarmed. hell, it's not even to proper to call it jihad since nobody is threatening them in the first place.
