^boysen is the number one paint brand, so if it lives up to its standard then it could provide the best armor
Of course thats only sarcasm, our soldiers on the field had gone mad just like their commander in chief
But then again if they filled it with cement then it could detonate a rocket propelled round prematurely. If they dont do it that way then the bucket pose more harm because it can deflect the rpg round to hit the armor perpendicularly which has maximal destructive effect
The rubber is supposed to absorb the rpg round and deflect it. The air gap in between the tire sidewall together with the elastic nature of the tire is supposed to do that trick

I didn't know the PH military had P-3 Orions in its inventory. I was thinking they're US P-3 Orions. They're usually used for ASW. But, I imagine they can also be used for electronic surveillance.
