if my memory serves me right, successful yung all-out-war ni Erap.

ilang kampo ng MILF ang nacapture ng govt.

yung nga lang hindi nagtuloy tuloy dahil pinatalsik siya ng mga "konyo"

tapos binalik ata ulit ni GMA yung mga kampo sa mga MILF.

come to think of it, malapit sa puso ni MyPres ang mga MILF/MNLF/ABU/NPA.

    laya na si GMA ngayon

*may nabasa ako somewhere, not sure kung totoo. Mga muslim daw takot lang sa mas powerful sa kanila. Kung sissy ka, hindi ka nila papansinin.

^all out war, parang martial law lang yan ni marcos, successful sa umpisa pero mahirap isustain ang gains

A muslim rebel can be overwhelmed by superior firepower but the seeds of rebellion can be passed on to generations

For as long as wealthy arab nations will continue to symphatize with the so called suppresed muslim self determination in the south, then mindanao will continue to be restive. Money will continue to fund the rebellion and arms will be an important commodity in such atmosphere

We need to divert those foreign funds into peaceful endeavors such as education. Only thru discernment can a young muslim determine what will provide them a better future, either thru the barrel of a gun or thru books and learnings

actually, I somehow admire the Muslim ideal. kasi ginawa talaga tayo ng diyos para makipag-gyera. war is the best way to realize each of our true potentials. kasi civilization ngaun puro isip-isip kayo hayun lethargic, reklamador, madaldal, puro intelihente pero di natin na-realize nakakalimutan na natin pagalawin ang isa pang gawa ng diyos our bodies. nOw, most people in the western world are obese coz of chocolates and fusion foods.

tell me, ganito na lang ba talaga ang purpose ng humanity, to retire with a good life.

ive studied history and here's one thing I discovered the Vikings, the Muslims even Nazi Germany, they had one ideal that is so admirable na hindi ko malaman kumbakit enchanted ako sa ideal na yun. risk everything, the more you risk and make mistakes and you survive, dun ma-develop ang inner soul or energy mo. our bodies, they are just vessels for our inner energies to improve pero ang ginagawa natin pinupuno natin ng chocolates katulad ni cathy, hayun si cathy ang isang example ng isang human na hindi ma-spelling diba. what are we here for.

siguro ganun din sa south, so kakain na din sila ng pork kasi papasok mga fastfoods, eh madume nga ang pork. it doesnt cleanse the body, in fact we assimiilate the pig dna in our very own bodies, kaya para tayo naging sub-human.

Good point. Kami we'll donate money na lang, more convenient for us since we are a bit far.
If you buy stuff from the grocery, me VAT. If you donate cash to registered charitable organizations, they use it to buy stuff, VAT-free. Extra 12% buying power.

Heard that the people in evacuation centers are starting to get sick.

Agree. The real war here is for the hearts and minds of the next generation. They have to be shown that there is a better way. That's why to me ML is dangerous. It could lead to abuses, which will in turn lead to more sympathizers.

Still it is prudent to deal with troublemakers with overwhelming force, within the bounds of the law, if only to make an example out of these terrorists.

Good point. I'm told the charities are also able to get the items from the principal directly. Without a markup, that will translate to more goods for the same amount.

Naawa ako sa innocent children and families who were made homeless by their kadugo. Most tribes in mindanao have blood relations. The perpetrators are just 1% of the muslims who are giving their faith a bad name. Majority of muslims are peace loving.

The good news is: The MNLF or MILF are aiding the Marawis. Alhamdullillah!
