    i do not know about you,
    but i try my darnest best not to swallow swim water when i go swimming.

    As much as I laud Marikina's flood prevention measures, the reality is that the city is built on borrowed land.

    The river is reclaiming its old path, and with rising water levels due to climate change, this will get worse.
