This morning I watched Philippine ANC cable Abs-Cbn interview by David Carandang with Imelda Marcos 1 am to 2 am. Imelda has to keep back the truth and she is only revealing half truths with tons of authentic documents amid her NON-revelation of the Marcos secrets.

Truth: Imelda said to Carandang that Marcos was trading gold in 1939 before and during Bar Exams review and after their wedding, in around the world, she was brought by Marcos to a New York Bank, unmindful of the extreme wealth of Marcos - the gold certificates and moneys. Imelda failed to reveal that Marcos did successfully dug the PLUNDERED Yamashita gold bars and fabulous jewels inside Buddha's head. Imelda also failed to reveal that as PSG 20 years staff Alex Pericas who died last year and whom I interviewd, Marcos levitates off the ground daily 1/2 foot, and bi-located in Leyte when he was in Manila Ch7 interview. Imelda failed to reveal that Marcos had shown Dick Cheney blindfolded earlier with Alex Pericas and about 20 PSG group the tons of gold bars plundered treasures FOR THE FILIPINO people.

Imelda failed to reveal that as I healed for 3 hours Enrique Zobel de Ayala, quadriplegic in 1999 at his Ayala Alabang home, Zobel had appeared at GMA TV and revealed he personally saw the voluminous gold certificates but some had been sequestered under international law and pending litigation in USA etc. Zobel asked me to predict if THE FILIPINO people will recover Marcos treasures and gold amid his last will and testament and amid CORY AQUINO's hatred and refusal to bring home his body and bury him at Libingan ng mga Bayani.

I told Zobel that I had talked lengthily to Justice Hermosisima, Jr. and told him that his life sentence against the Aquino Galman accused was null and void due to formel jeopardy and acquittal by Justice Pamaran, and under criminal procedure, they could not be convicted since the mastermind the conspirator had not been by evidence pointed and will never be known.

On Feb 10 and August 29 2006, I delivered the CURSE to Mr. Justice Regino C. Hermosisma, Jr. about the Cory WRONG ordered conviction of the accused and respectively PUBLISHED to my counsel of record Rene AV Saguisag the DIRE FATE of both Erap and CORY.

Today is First Friday and 17 days before my 10th year July 20, 1999 anniverary Justice Alfredo L. Benipayo Suspension. Without further ado, HERE COMES the Judge the Angel of Death with the Dire Omen and Prophecy lest Crab Mentality pervades the FILIPINO. Amid multiple appeals since May 2006 the final judicial nail to my coffin as JUDGE was nailed when the Supreme Court on June 3, 2008, 25 years after LUIS, Armand and Angel appeared to us, Justice Arturo D. Brion, the spouse of my classmate and 4 years seatmate Tonette Brion in CURSED Ateneo Law School 1982, had signed the FINAL expunging of all my appeals.

It is time for PAYBACK. I will faithfully endure my sufferings since I was punished by the Supreme Court for dwarf consultation, and until my last breath I will recite the IMPRECATION with gusto. Vengeance is mine said the Lord of Hosts, the Amen, the Faithfful and true.

Former Philippine President Corazon Aquino has left her fate to God, her family has said, prompting masses to offer prayers for her health. The Aquino family, long dominant in Philippine politics, said she had been battling cancer for a year and a half. She has refused further chemotherapy or other medical treatment against colon cancer, her publicist said.

SC probes threats on Justice Brion's life

“I was informed of a death threat. The Court found the information reliable and is looking into it,” Brion said in an interview. “This is part of the risk that I have to undergo.” Brion declined to be specific about the information that he received. He said the threat has to do with a drug case, but he did not want to elaborate. The most he could say was this: “If anything happens to a justice of the Supreme Court, it will have a chilling effect on the judiciary.” Sixteen judges have been killed since 1999. Last year, the Supreme Court announced a total of P1-million reward money for informants and witnesses whose information can lead to the arrest and conviction of the killers.

MANILA, Philippines — Former First Lady Imelda Marcos turned 80 Thursday, claiming to be nearly broke but feeling vindicated more than two decades after her dictator husband was ousted in a popular revolt. “I have reached the lucky number eight, for eight decades,” the flamboyant Marcos told AFP as she distributed rice to hundreds of poor residents at a dumpsite converted into a sprawling housing area in a Manila suburb.

“I have always been at peace with the truth,” she declared. “I feel vindicated because no court has convicted me.” She said she is nearly broke after 23 years of “relentless persecution, vilification and ridicule” by the government, but remains happy that she has the support of her family and the poor. The fight to gain control of the Marcos wealth has in recent months focused on $310 million in Imelda’s confiscated jewellery. Confusion arose last month after the government said the jewels would be returned to Imelda, only to backtrack after a public outcry. Historical treasures “That decision was vindication already to me. These are beautiful historical treasures that they should return,” she said defiantly Thursday.

For those of you who haven't been born yet in 1985, this PLANET had only Betamax and VHS videos vis-a-vis TV and Movies. About 1976 to 1989, there were no Twitter, Facebook, Friendster, IMAX, optical discs, internet, YouTube, and Philippine politics and culture were immersed in betamax and VHS movie rentals and sales. For the average Filipinos who can afford, nuptials and baptism video coverage did cost $ 500 each with editing, while today,
video coverage business had almost died due to proliferation of cheap digicams and multi-media for video coverages, to the extent that today, video coverage of nuptials and mariages could cost only $ 20 especially if students who have handycams would cover the events.

Betamax (sometimes termed Beta) is an obsolete home videocassette tape recording format developed by Sony, and released on May 10, 1975. Camcorders: Sony used the Beta format to produce a one-piece camcorder for consumers - the Betamovie. VHS manufacturers countered with the VHS-C format, and Sony eventually introduced the Video-8 format to compete with the VHS-Compact format. For more information, see the article on camcorders. Video Home System, better known by its abbreviation VHS, is a video tape recording standard developed during the 1970s. VHS was one-half of the famous VHS vs Betamax war. On June 2009, or last month, I accidentally met Joy (Jatros photo line) an plane engineer who, with his father at Panasahan, Malolos City, Bulacan, Philippines, had invested lots of moneys on video transfer, editing and coverage materials and equipments since 1978. I showed them my dirty with white fungi 1985 1989 2001 Betamax-VHS-Video8 videocassettes, and for measly sums which they charged me, I was so amazed how they transferred my 1985 1989 2001 collection videocassettes from Betamax-VHS-Video8 to DVD-VCD mpg format files for YouTube. On or about January, 1984, while waiting for the results of his Bar Exams, Judge Floro had visited more than 40 psychics and healers from Bulacan, Cavite and Bataan.
