February 11th, 2014 09:47 PM #11lemon laws are for very problematic vehicles wherein the problem/s persist even after the manufacturer has been given a certain number of times to fix the problem
so if you bought a new car and the next day the alternator experienced a melt-down that left you stranded on the road, the manufacturer is given a number of times to fix the problem. you CANNOT demand for a completely new car even with the lemon laws in place
