To think we're just talking about deliveries here and have not even touched on BIR, licenses and permits, safety and security, etc.

A php 500.00 per year truck fee is allowed by the Local Government Code of the Philippines to be collected by the provincial government. Sa naalala ko! Yun lang ang specific allowed by law.

In case of cities and municipalities, if they have the local ordinances ( in the same line as zoning and parking fees ), tingin ko may basis sila. To challenge it perhaps dapat sa MTC or RTC all the way up to Supreme Court.

If its done to raise funds for LGU services ganun talaga. Negosyobang unang tatamaan..

Same thing sa mga Condo.. When we move in may Move in Fee... When we move out may Move out fee... Nung binili ba namin yung condo tingin ninyo hindi kami mag momove in? then kung mag lalabas ka ng Gamit mo like Furnitures or electric fan kailangan mo pa mag paalam sa office nila, kung sarado na hindi mo pwede ilabas... WTF kayo ba may ari ng unit ko? Nag babayad naman kami ng Miscellaneous fee..

Back to topic.. meron sa Montalban may toll fee ang mga truck pag dumadaan sa Barangay road...
