    Yep. That's exactly what it is. JDV is not credible enough to call for a moral reform, much less government reform since he is not entirely faultless. He still doesn't respond to how and why his son, Joey III was able to secure a congressional franchise for a telecom company (Broadband) where they have equitable interest, and in such a short period of time as it would normally have taken.

    Ang hindi ko lubos maisip ay bakit pa kailangan ng CDF ang tongressmen. Di ba ang mandate sa kanila ay legislative in nature, as in magpasa ng bills, hindi yung magpagawa ng kalsada, baguhin ang pangalan ng kalsada, tapos nakalagay sa project "thru the initiative of Honorable (?) tongressman (insert name)".
