Ang kinakaawaan ko ay si Juday. Puro mga magnanakaw at bobo ang gumagamit sa kanya.
Kasi naman inendorse pa si Jamboy "Walang Utak" eh.

Round 2! Jamboy=1, Other heirs=1. Mahaba-haba pa ang itatagal nito, methinks.

Court rules in favor of Jamby Madrigal

MANILA, Philippines—A Makati City court has reaffirmed its earlier ruling that Senator Maria Ana Consuelo “Jamby” Madrigal has a legal personality to participate in proceedings concerning the administration of her late aunt's will and fortune.
In an eight-page order, Judge Oscar Pimentel of Regional Trial Court Branch 148 also ruled that his July 2, 2008 order was final and executory as it was not effectively questioned by any motion.
The 2008 order instructed the lawyers of the late Consuelo Madrigal to administer the will, and that other properties not included above P26 million shall be covered by the rules of legal succession.
In a press conference in Quezon City at noon Friday, Madrigal expressed satisfaction over the latest ruling.
“This victory is in honor of my aunt's memory and a clear indication that her wishes for the poor to have a share of her estate shall now be finally respected,” she said.
The court order also pointed out that its 2008 order needed no clarification as requested by the executors, lawyers Perry Pe and Aurelio Montinola III.
Pimentel explained that the late Madrigal matriarch “did not dispose of all her properties in her last will and testament because her said will merely specified certain properties, which herself in her petition for probate valued at P26,134,137.23.”
In a separate ruling, Pimentel also dismissed the executors' motion to have Pimentel inhibit from the case. The court ruled that Pimentel was simply doing his duty as a judge and did not exhibit any bias in allowing Madrigal to participate in the proceedings concerning her aunt's will and estate.

Actually she didn't win anything. The news item was carefully made to look she got something. She wasn't able to overturn the Will of late Consuelo Madrigal. She wasn't in it and is still not able to get anything. Maganda yung press release title, but a careful read shows she didn't get a penny. Most probably this press release was written by Jamby's PR people.

And with that amount, hangang konsehal na lang siya makatakbo.Last edited by Monseratto; March 14th, 2009 at 10:00 PM.
