Brought about by the irresponsible dash to give the scoop to media... To shame the CJ in the public's eyes... To corner the CJ to resign... Strictly speaking (perhaps i'm not the best person to say this...) wala naman siguro sila nilabag na batas by doing that.. Dirty tricks siguro but nothing patently illegal... I think from the start ay trial by publicity lang talaga gusto ng yellow pero nag backfire sakanila nung hindi nagresign si Corona na gaya ng ginawa ni Erap and Gutierrez and nakipagsabayan sa harap ng camera sa palakasan ng ebidensiya. Plan 2 siguro ng yellow ang mob rule pero hindi kinakagat ng masa ang drama nila Aquino since nakikita ng mga tao sa TV kapalpakan ng prosecution.
